By accessing or using Schedon's clinic management software and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Schedon for your clinic's operations. This license is non-transferable and grants you the right to:

  • Use the software for your clinic's appointment scheduling and management
  • Access patient management and clinic operations features
  • Utilize mobile applications for doctors and staff

This license does not permit you to:

  • Modify or copy the software
  • Use the software for any commercial purpose other than your clinic operations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Account Registration

To use Schedon, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Schedon operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Price changes with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods (unless required by law)

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring patient data is handled in accordance with healthcare privacy laws
  • Backing up your data regularly

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Schedon to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Access other users' accounts without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Schedon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary consents for patient data
  • Complying with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
  • Ensuring data accuracy and security

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Schedon are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease
  • You may request data export (subject to applicable laws)
  • All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms
